Welcome to the Frontline Families Program
This self-study online course contains video tutorials which aim to assist first responders, their partners and their families, to safely, happily and confidently navigate the challenges that can come with frontline services life.
PROGRAM AIMS:
Alongside and their partners have designed this program with the following aims in mind:
Provide education and support for all frontline families and partners across Australia
Assist frontline personnel and their families with the prevention and early intervention of mental injuries such as stress and developing trauma
Reduce the advanced symptoms of mental injuries and suicide rates in frontline personnel
Bridge the gap between home and work, and provide those frontline personnel and their families with the tools they need to navigate the unique nature of frontline life

WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE?
This self-paced, self-study online course is designed to support frontline services personnel and their families to recognise, prevent and cope with the unique mental and emotional risks, experiences and challenges caused by their roles.
Although this program does not replace the specialist expertise that should be sought by professional licenced practitioners, it aims to complement such services by providing information, awareness and some practical guidance to our frontline workforce and their families.
